🚚 Shipping Policy – Restnix

At Restnix, we want your shopping experience to be smooth and worry-free. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing

We carefully prepare every order and typically process purchases within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Please note: During holidays or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer, but we'll always work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship to:

United States: 5–8 business days
Canada: 5–9 business days
Australia: 6–10 business days

These delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on your location and local carrier conditions.


3. Shipping Costs

✨ Standard Shipping: Free

Any additional shipping options or charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a tracking link via email.

Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to become available after shipment.

5. Delivery Delays

While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors such as:

  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier-related delays
  • Seasonal demand

If your package experiences an unexpected delay, we'll do our best to assist you and provide updates whenever possible.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

To ensure successful delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to make changes before your order ships.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address.


7. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you haven't received it yet, we recommend:

  • Checking with family members, neighbors, or building management.
  • Contacting your local delivery carrier for additional information.

If you're still unable to locate your package, please reach out to us. We'll gladly help investigate the issue and assist you in communicating with the shipping provider.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import duties may occasionally apply.

These charges are determined by your country's customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.


9. Split Shipments

To help speed up delivery, some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This allows us to ship items from different fulfillment centers and get your products to you faster.


10. Delivery Assistance

If your order:

  • Has been in transit for an unusually long time, or
  • Has not arrived within 15 business days after shipment,

please contact us and we'll be happy to look into the matter for you.

11. Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to make a change?

You may request modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in processing, which means changes may no longer be possible.

We'll always do our best to accommodate your request whenever we can.
